NEW CREDENTIAL POLICY
Concourse Tabling Credentials – Football
Michigan Stadium has a new credential process for the 2024 home season. We will need names, titles, and a headshot for all personnel staffing the activation by 5:00 PM EST Monday prior to the game at the latest. If we do not receive this information by 5PM EST the Monday prior to the game, you will not be able to gain access to the stadium to activate – no exceptions. If you have any questions please contact your account representative.
Football Tabling
Tabling displays at football can be student oriented, or focused on the general public.

Keep in mind:

A table and two chairs will be provided

Display size can vary, but must be approved by Michigan in advance

Giveaway items can be included as part of the display, but must be approved in advance. More information regarding giveaways can be found under the giveaway tabs.

Basketball Tabling
Tabling displays at football can be student oriented, or focused on the general public.

No tents are permitted on the concourse

Hockey Tabling
Tabling displays at football can be student oriented, or focused on the general public.

Vehicle Displays
Vehicle displays can take place at either Michigan Stadium or the Crisler Center.

Keep in mind:

Vehicles must have less than a quarter tank of gas and the battery must be disconnected.

Vehicles can be used as part of a larger display, or stand alone
-
All aspects of the vehicle display must be approved by Michigan prior to display dates
